There are times in our lives when we find ourselves apologizing for not feeling like ourselves. Whether we’re under the weather or experiencing the blues, we might not be fully present or “with the program” on certain days, or even over longer periods.

I believe no one should have to apologize for who they are, what they’re going through, or how they’re handling it. Most of us do our very best with the challenges life throws our way, such as hardships, grief, and loss. We also express our happiness in different ways.
