Porcupine meatballs

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ cup uncooked 5 minute white rice
  • ⅓ cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

in a large bowl add your onion, your rice and your ground chuck. Mix well, form into 2 inch round balls at your oil to a medium preheated frying pan cook until done but tender. Remove from the pan drain the grease. Add back to the pan. Add all remainder of the ingredients into the tomato sauce. Pour over meatballs cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let’s see it in you’re ready.
