a pound and a half of ground chuck cooked at one and a half packages of taco seasoning as directed. Spray your pie dish. I use a glass pie dish with nonstick spray, use one 10 inch tortilla place it on the bottom add your cooked beef then the heated refried beans they go on much smoother when they’re warm, layer with cheese, shredded cheese. I use Mexican blend. Place it in the oven 375 until cheese has melted and golden brown on top or however, you choose for it to be executive, the food is already cooked. The cheese just needs to melt so,then garnish with fresh cilantro. Once you put it on your plate, you can add diced tomatoes cream, guacamole, just whatever you want as toppings
