I first start with at least 2-inch thick chops 4 of them, adding olive oil to a frying pan, and brown both sides. Then in a slightly oiled Dutch oven. I add the browned chops 1/4 of a cup beef stock and I let those cook at 350 turning only once for about 30 minutes, depending on your oven. After 25 to 30 minutes I remove them from the oven and add 1 box of the stove-top Stouffer’s stuffing I spread that on the top and I add 1/2 to 1 cup of beef broth over dry boxed stuffing I cover them back up and put them back in the oven for another 15 to 20 minutes reducing the heat to 300, again ovens vary so keep a clerk on them. When the stuffing is completely soft to the touch they’re ready! I had some fresh parsley herbs of your choice, we do mashed potatoes, English peas, and some of our home baked bread. Mr. Shabby is excited pork chops are his all-time favorite. Bon appétit, easy recipe give them a try!
