  1. You are beautiful Debbie, your spa day is certainly paying off. I don’t take the time to treat my skin like I should, I need to start doing that. Thank you for sharing Debbie!

    1. Cheryl, it takes less than one hour once a week for this steam facial and the products. Any product you like this makes it work better. But, buy some rosehip oil from Amazon it is not expensive and always add a thin layer over your creams it is a carrier oil and help carry the products you use deeper into your skin. 🙂 do it for YOU!

  2. Thanks for sharing this, Debbie….coming up to my 73rd birthday in March and both my skin and hair could use the help…lol! My problem is that I’m great at starting these routines but my follow-through is lacking 😛

  3. I don’t do much of that anymore. !. I can’t afford it and . I’m 84 and and feel it’s a waste of time. I have used Oil of Olay all my life and my skin is soft and smooth. No wrinkles. LOL

    1. Well you have stayed with oil Of Olay and it has been a good thing for you! Way to go.. and looking good in your 80’s matters. If I make it to my 80’s I pray I’m able to do these things for myself. Have a great day

  4. Thanks so much for the tips and product recommendations. I am 66 years old and due to some health issues; my skin has changed drastically for the worse. My skin definitely needs a lot of pampering now. Your recommendation for the steamer was a deciding factor for me to order one. I have been on the fence about it.

    1. Rhonda, I do not recommend but once a week and I do it for 10 minutes. I place the towel over my head to catch ALL the steam, or as much as I can. Be sure to wash your face before and after, then use COLD water or cold face cloth. Then apply your favorite moisturizer. I do the mask then use the cold soft face cloth, then my vitamin C let it sit for a few minutes and always the Rosehip Oil (cold pressed) after that. You just tap that on to carry your other skincare deeper.Rosehip is a carrier oil, there are others as well Choose one you like this is for dry skin. By the third or fourth time you will see a nice difference. You will see and feel a difference the first time. Let me know after a few uses ok

  5. Oh I love my spa days! My daughter bought me a facial steamer & I’m obsessed with it! In a way, I feel like I rid myself of all the negativity and start all fresh & new! I’m so happy you talked about this! It’s so important for us to show love to ourselves in every way we can ❤️

    1. Debie, thank you for sharing that you also love your facial steamer. It really does radiate and even soothe the skin. Hydration is key at my age and I do not drink enough water, this does help me a lot. I highly recommend it that is why I wanted to share with my followers here today. Many do not know what they are missing, and they are not expensive. They can be but mine was around 40.00 and well worth that, some even cheaper.

  6. Debbie, now I know why and how you always look so young, refreshed and beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing your products and methods that you use. You definitely do not look like you’re 68!!

  7. I really need to do this. My skin is so dry and it changed about 2 years ago. The texture I guess is what I’m trying to say plus wrinkles. But feeling bad every day, I wonder if I would have the energy to do this. But I am contemplating trying this. I’ll let you know.

  8. Hi Debbie,
Sounds like a well-deserved day. Little pampering never hurt anyone. Your links did not show up in your post.
Hope you have a wonderful day.
    Blessings,
    Mary

  9. There’s nothing better than having a me day, as I call it, whatever it may be. It’s such a great feeling. Enjoy the rest of your day.❤️
