For 2 thick chops-
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 Tablespoon Mustard
1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
Mix well, and let it sit for about 20 minutes… preheat the air-fryer to 350.. then place the chops in the air-fryer, brush on your BBQ sauce, depending on the thickness for cook time 7 minutes for one inch on each side and I did mine for 11 minutes on each side. I also air-fry squash, Okra, Green tomatoes, you name it anything you fry does well.
Any hints on using an airfryer that’s part of an oven/stove? I’d love to try squash like you mentioned. I just don’t have any idea how to do it.
Sounds and looks really good!! Thanks for sharing.
You’re more than welcome. They were awesome!
This sounds delicious! I haven’t used my air-fryer in a while, you’ve inspired me to get mine out and use it this weekend!
Looks yummy! I will have to try these out.
Thank you for sharing. I can’t wait to try this on chicken breast. I haven’t tried squash in the air fryer and need to experiment with different foods. I did fix a baked potato in it which was delicious!!
