I’ve learned as I’ve aged, so many women have lived with so much suffering. Crazy to me, how many men out there have caused so much sadness, suffering and carnage. I have a pretty horrible life story, from my childhood to my marriage. I’m stuck. I cannot leave. I’m basically waiting to die. And it’s ok. My children are awesome. My grand children are great. My husband finally did some great changing, but for me, I find it’s too late. My goal is to shed the anger, let go of the losses and when I see Jesus I’ll cry on his lap for years. The losses were all financial and I find as I age, I really miss my house. He lost everyone we had. God says don’t look back, so I’m learning that. I’m learning what it truly means to live in a moment. And friends? The one I thought we’d be forever, stopped talking to me. I have no desire to find out why. I’m just tired of people and their shenanigans. So, I accept who God gives me, the life he’s given me and I wait for home. Reply
Debbie you have weathered many storms in your lifetime and God has blessed you and brought you through the heartaches and trials. You are so strong and those storms helped you be the woman you are now. You will find yourself again and be at peace again. After I divorced, I was so at peace and so relieved to be away from the ugly words that were said. I love you dear friend and thankful that I found your page a long time ago. I enjoy reading your posts and great stories and memories. 🙏🏻🩷🫶🙏🏻 Reply
