We had salmon patties growing up. Your recipe looks so good. Mom used a can of salmon, egg, onion, and bread crumbs to make the patties. She fried them on both sides in a cast iron frying pan. Brings back good memories. Reply

Never thought of adding bell pepper to my salmon patties. I cover my patties in Panko and then fry them in olive oil. Next time I’m going to add some bell pepper to them. Have peaceful night, sweet friend! Reply
