1 14 oz canned Salmon drained and flaked
2 eggs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 red bell pepper chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 all-purpose flour
In a nonstick skillet 1/4 cup olive oil preheat medium heat because olive oil can burn if set to high in a bowl add flaked salmon, flour, and lemon juice and mix well all in the onions and bell peppers blend. Make into small bugger size patties and place in heated skillet. Medium heat brown both sides then turn down to low and let onions and peppers cook until soft.
Serve hot with rice and veggies of your choice
