  1. It’s amazing how quickly a prayer can be answered when we have faith and trust!
Really hate that you were so ill on Christmas Day, but so thankful you received the help you needed and the medications.
My sister in law and her six month old granddaughter had Covid on Christmas but are doing better now. They live near Waco, Texas, so we don’t get to have Christmas with my brother and his family.
So sweet of Mr.Shabby to fix steaks for yawl. Sounds good!
Please take care and get well soon! Love, Susan❤️🌷

    1. Susan, I am so happy to hear that they are doing better that COVID is awful. I think I am on the mend, but this takes time. It creates ulcers in your stomach lining so, I am in this for a bit.Love to you. Happy New Year, may it be a healthy, joyful yars filled with good things.

  2. Hi Debbie, I’m catching up from the last few days. So sorry you have been sick, but glad you are on the mend now. If I fail to do so later, I wish you and Mr. Shabby a blessed and Happy New Year!

  3. Oh Debbie, I’m so sorry you was sick like that and thankful you got the medicine. I’m happy you’re feeling better today too!! God hears our prayers and pleas. I pray that you never get this again. You are loved my friend. Please keep resting. 🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻

  4. We so need God when we are in desperate need, I’m so glad he answered you quickly.
We need Him everyday, all through the day, you have a good line of communication, & yet at times, we suddenly feel desperate, I cannot imagine those who don’t have that relationship. Where do they go, how alone they must be.
Anyhow I’m so happy you are on the road to recovery, & may enjoy the rest of this glorious holiday time of the year!

  5. I have had it before and it’s awful. I am so glad you got your medicine. Hopefully you will feel much better soon!

  6. I am so sorry you were so sick for Christmas Debbie. It’s difficult to find a doctor at Christmas. And then you had such a time getting your medication. Thank goodness you did find it and are feeling better now. We, like you, celebrate with the children before Christmas so that they can go to their wives parents on Christmas. We did have a few people over Christmas Eve and spent yesterday together. I am grateful to be here yet one more year to celebrate.

    1. When you have boys, and they take a wife, there are times you step to the back and go with whatever you need too. We dont mind and Christmas Eve is our time together. It was Christmas day too until the grand all grew up, all but Jackson and Mr.Shabby went over there yesterday AM to watch him play with his gifts. I was in bed and just not up to it so, that tells you know I was feeling very poorly.

  7. Oh, so sorry you have been so sick and esp in Christmas day!! Glad to hear you were finally able to get the meds you needed to feel better! Hope you can take a few days to rest and recover!

  8. Hope you feel better really soon! I recently had to get tested for H. pylori also but thank goodness I was negative. I was so glad because those antibiotics just about kill me when I have to take them. Hopefully, you do better on antibiotics than I do. Rest up. Happy New Year!

  9. Praying for you. Seems like everyone I know is having trouble this year. My husband is battling cancer. More biopsies tomorrow.

  10. I am glad to hear you are feeling better.. I came down with something midday yesterday.. my son has been over everyday with his dog coughing and complaining.. 🙄 fortunately blankets, rest and aspirin are helping. I am starting to really hate the holidays.. if my youngest son wasn’t single I would stop doing it.. I like your grilling idea! Prayers! My best to you in the new year!
